Are you a church in need of:

  • Worship leader(s)/Musicians
  • Worship Team Coaching
  • Networking and expanding your community of musicians?
If so, you are in the right place, we can help!

We have noticed such a big need recently for quality worship leaders. It is one of the most common questions we get from lead pastors,

"Can you find me a great worship leader?"

The need isn't only in our local area, its also nationwide.

Guest Worship works to accomplish three major goals and needs of the local church:

1) Provide worship leaders (and guest musicians) on a need basis. This is a great options for churches that already have a worship leader they are happy with and can use guest worship as a fill in when their current worship leader is out for whatever reason.

2) Provide worship leaders on a more consistent basis. This is a great option for churches who are in need of a worship leader. they can use guest worship on a weekly basis and have the immediate need filled but also have a chance to meet and connect with local worship leaders in your area that could eventually lead to a hire.

3) Provide leadership coaching for our church partners and to our network worship leaders on a national level.

**This is a great option to immediately get the quality you are looking for in your worship services and could lead to a long term solution as well.

Now, here is a little more about GW:

Guest Worship has been providing “Guest” worship Leaders & musicians for churches nationwide for more than 10 years and currently has over 1000 experienced worship leaders and christian musicians across the country ready to serve when needed.

So how much does something like this cost?

The investment cost to the church varies, but starts at $300 per service (this goes directly to the worship leader) and the resourcing fee is at $75 per service, for our long term program. We also provide worship training, mentoring and musician development as well as worship software implementation (Planning Center, ProPresenter, etc).

So we are ready when you are!

Meet Pastors Who Have Trusted Guest Worship

"My congregation’s experience with Guest Worship have led us to the conclusion that they are a fantastic resource and a gift from God to His Church. They took the time to get to know our congregation, its situation, its volunteer musicians, and staff. Together, we formulated a plan for filling our vacancy and providing for music until the hiring process could successfully run its course. Then, they put together a rotating team of professional musicians to lead music in our contemporary services. Our vacancy ended up being six months. The Guest Worship teams saw us through, encouraging and building up our musicians along the way. I’m happy to report that we’ve hired a new praise team leader who will start in about a week’s time."

"Guest Worship has provide for us immensely talented worship leaders who have graciously met with our worship team and molded into a team worthy of praising God on Sunday mornings. We have found that each of the leaders that have joined our service were not only talented musically but had true hearts shaped by God. While our desire is to have a full time worship pastor, in the interim we have fully enjoyed the professionalism and Godliness of all the musicians that Guest Worship has provided.."

"Guest Worship came in and filled the void of worship music for over one year. My experience with them not only supplied awesome worship music, but some great friendships that will last through eternity. I highly recommend Guest Worship if you are looking for professional and passionate Godly worship for your church.."

The folks at Guest Worship Services, and especially Scott, have been so helpful in our worship

leader transition at our church. We faced a difficult situation with a personnel move, and

Guest Worship Services made it very possible. Scott was always professional, and the leaders

he sent were gifted, and the congregation was treated with some great times of worship on

Sundays. We were able to fill our vacancy through one of the leaders Scott provided for us. We found

the transition to be greatly helped by first assessing chemistry before we extended an offer to

a new worship leader. Our church has been the real winner in this process, thanks to Guest Worship.

Bay Area Church

When we found out our worship leader was moving out of state, we were not sure what to do. Somehow I noticed Guest Worship on social media and reached out to them immediately. Scott Steers was very responsive and was able to join our team almost seamlessly and do exactly what I hoped he would do. First, Scott and Jason helped us continue to have great Sunday morning worship. Second, Scott was helpful in recruiting new team members to be part of the team. This was a need because we sent several members of our worship team to be part of a new church plant. We are so grateful for Guest Worship getting us through this transitional time for our church.

During our transition, Scott provided us with musicians to fill in and guest worship leaders who began modeling for our leaders what good worship leadership looked like. We had one particularly gifted worship leader come and

lead a Saturday workshop that helped push our praise band in the right direction and set a new tone.

We came to realize we needed more than that. So, we set up a six month plan of coaching with Scott to end with the hire of a worship leader. Scott came to practice every Wednesday. He coached musicians, worship leaders, helped them to develop a new system for calendaring, walked them into new software, helped recruit six new people, and moved us to take our ministry up a notch. Scott worked with me and our HR committee (the SPRC) to develop a job description, advertise, screen, and help in the hiring process. We just brought on a young gifted leader who we think will do amazing things for our

music and creative arts ministry. Thank You Guest Worship!
