We noticed a huge need for quality worship leaders and musicians to serve
within the local church and most of these same churches needed coaching due to lack of leadership. The most common questions we get from

We found the need wasn't only in our local area, its also nationwide.

CONTRACTING
GW provides worship leaders (and guest musicians) on a need basis (this is a great options for churches that already have a worship leader they are happy with and can use guest worship as a fill in when their current worship leader is out for whatever reason. GW can also provide worship leaders on a more consistent basis.
COACHING
GW provides leadership coaching for worship leaders, musicians, and churches who desire to grow to the next level within the worship and creative arts ministry.
COMMUNITY
GW provides opportunity to build community within the body of christ through regional and national worship merges for worship leaders and musicians and weekly check-ins with church communities to help fulfill their worship ministry needs.
